The original structure required significant framing repairs to make it sound once again. We reinforced the structure, upgraded the old wood decking to resilient, low-maintenance composite, and finished the railings with matching composite caps for a clean, unified look.
Now fully restored and built to last, this elevated space is ready to be safely enjoyed for years to come.

A great deck bridges the gap between your home and nature. Designed to maximize this home’s outdoor living space, the newly completed deck seamlessly extends from an existing patio and features wide steps that invite you down into the expansive backyard. The foundation rests on poured concrete piers, supporting a robust framework with joists spaced twelve inches on center to guarantee a rock-solid feel underfoot. The surface features premium TimberTech composite decking and fascia secured with hidden fasteners for a sleek, modern aesthetic. Toutle Makeover
Discover our home makeover project in Toutle. We started by removing a deteriorating sunroom and replacing old windows and doors, along with damaged exterior siding. After repairing some framing and replacing the fascia boards, we installed a new roof and gutters. With a couple of coats of fresh paint, these improvements have significantly enhanced the beauty and weather resilience of the home's exterior.
A new wrap-around deck extends this home's living space by offering a continuous flow between the indoors and outdoors. It allows for multiple access points to the yard and provides a panoramic view of the property. We also integrated a custom-built pavilion that provides shelter from the sun and rain, defining a primary gathering spot for year-round enjoyment.

Olympia Deck Transformation
We recently completed a deck replacement project for homeowners in Olympia, revitalizing their outdoor living space. The existing wood deck was starting to show its age, and the owners were looking for a little more refinement. Our team carefully removed the old decking and railing. In its place, after reinforcing the existing framing, we installed a beautiful, durable composite decking system. To complement the new decking, we also installed a sleek and modern composite railing system. This not only enhances the deck's aesthetic appeal but also provides a safe, secure environment.
