Should I replace my windows and siding at the same time?

While not required, replacing windows and siding simultaneously is highly recommended. This allows our team to install the window flashing and house wrap as a continuous, integrated moisture barrier. When done together, we can ensure the window capping is perfectly tucked behind the new siding, providing the best possible protection against leaks and drafts. Plus, combining these projects saves you money on labor and setup costs compared to doing them separately.

Do you replace the soffit and fascia at the same time as the siding?

We highly recommend it. Your soffit (the underside of your eaves) and fascia (the trim where your gutters hang) are the "finish" pieces of your home's exterior.
